Premier Physical Therapy aims to provide the highest quality of care to each patient. Every treatment session will be one-on-one care between the patient and the Doctor of Physical Therapy. The patient will be heard, recognized, and educated through each session, allowing for the best plan of care to help reach each patient's individualized goals.
Kailey Stephens
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Kailey Stephens graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center's Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2014. Since her graduation, Kailey has treated solely in outpatient orthopedics, and she has always had the goal of opening her own practice one day. Kailey enjoys incorporating a variety of different manual techniques with an emphasis in proper exercises focused on mobility and functional strengthening, individualized to each patient, in order to assist each patient to reach his or her goals. Kailey is so excited for the opportunity to serve the residents of Oklahoma City, in the city she was born and raised.
Carley Limber
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Carley Limber was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She attended Putnam City North High School, where she played basketball and tennis. She found her passion for the field of physical therapy when she was a patient herself following a sports injury her sophomore year. Carley attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a Bachelor of Science emphasized in Health and Wellness. In 2019, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Langston University. Following graduation, she completed the year-long Orthopaedic Certification through Evidence In Motion (EIM) and in 2021, she became Board Certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). Carley is also certified in Vestibular Rehab through the American Institute of Balance, as well as Trigger Point Dry Needling. While her specialties lie in orthopedics and vestibular rehab, Carley enjoys working with an array of conditions and is looking forward to serving the Oklahoma City community.
Amanda Kouri
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Originally from Oklahoma City, Amanda graduated from Putnam City North High School where she was an athletic trainer for the football and baseball teams. Athletic training ultimately inspired her interest in pursuing a career as a physical therapist. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science in 2020 from the University of Oklahoma, and she achieved her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2023 from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. While attending physical therapy school, Amanda had the opportunity to work with different specialties in the field. These specialties include outpatient orthopedics, pediatric care, and acute care. Her special interests include orthopedics, manual therapy, and sports-related injuries. She also enjoys working with pediatric patients, specifically those with torticollis. She loves working with others, and she loves to help her patients achieve their personal goals with full support and care.
