Services

Knee

Premier Physical Therapy offers excellent knee rehabilitation services, whether you are needing to rehabilitate following a knee surgery, trying to prevent knee surgery, or just trying to get your knee stronger. We have access to all strengthening, balance, and gait training equipment necessary.

Spine

Premier Physical Therapy offers personalized spine physical therapy. Kailey and Ella are trained in many different manual techniques, and we have access to all strengthening and mobility equipment necessary. Premier PT also has an on-site state of the art mechanical traction unit and an on-site aquatic therapy pool, both of which can be beneficial in spine rehab.

Shoulder

Premier Physical Therapy provides excellent care for shoulder rehabilitation. We specialize in both pre-and post-operative shoulder rehabilitation and also in generalized shoulder rehab and strengthening. Premier Physical Therapy has all necessary shoulder rehab equipment - including a functional cable pulley training system, TRX straps, Crossover Symmetry, resistance bands, dumbbells, and kettle bells.

Fitness Athletes

Premier Physical Therapy is equipped with state of the art equipment to train and rehab any fitness athlete - from barbells, kettle bells, resistance bands, dumbbells, and cable pulley systems. Kailey is in the process of achieving her Certification in the Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. Through these courses, Kailey has learned how to efficiently cue and correct movement patterns and issues the athlete might be dealing with, and to discuss proper dosing and regimens.

Ankle

Premier Physical Therapy can meet all your ankle rehabilitation needs, whether you are recovering from surgery, suffer from chronic ankle instability, or tweaked it while on the go. We utilize a combination of manual and mobility work, strengthening and stability work, and dynamic and proprioceptive training in ankle rehab.

Aquatics

Premier Physical Therapy offers onsite Aquatic Therapy. Holly is certified through the Aquatic Exercise Association as an Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program Leader. The water is a fantastic place to strengthen individuals in an environment that allows stress to be eliminated from the body’s joints.

Cupping

Myofascial decompression, or Cupping, is the only modality physical therapists can use to provide decompressive, rather than compressive, forces to tissues. After an injury or in times of inflammation, tissue layers can become stagnant and less mobile, causing pain and dysfunction. Cupping lifts the body's tissue to allow for proper gliding and mobility between layers that have been stagnant, and to release tight tissues, providing pain relief and improved blood flow to injured areas.

Dry Needling

Dry needling involves inserting very thin monofilaments into a muscle to elicit a response from the nervous system. We can use dry needling to reduce pain, improve range of motion, restore muscle function, improve motor control, reduce spasticity, affect atrophy, and improve blood flow. Electrical stimulation can be paired with dry needling to improve muscle function and tissue health, as well as for pain relief. We do encourage physical activity and/or rehab exercises following dry needling.

Does Premier PT take my insurance?

Premier Physical Therapy is In Network with Medicare and with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS OK). This means we accept these insurances and will submit claims. For all other insurances, we are Out of Network. Out of Network means we operate under a fee-for-service model, and that your insurance is not billed for services provided. Appropriate documentation can be provided (Superbill) to the patient to seek reimbursement from their insurance for services received at Premier Physical Therapy. We are more than happy to accept funds from HSA or FSA accounts for all of our services.
